3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  3. If approved, you will receive return instructions.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via:
    • Bank Transfer (you must provide account details)
    • UPI transfer

5. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Product returned in slightly used condition
  • Missing accessories or packaging
  • Minor damages not affecting functionality

In such cases, a deduction amount will be informed before processing the refund.


6. Replacement & Exchange Policy

We offer replacements under the following conditions:

Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).

Once approved:

  • We will ship a replacement at no additional cost
